2. This uses Knowledge Fusion Navigator and utilities
This uses Knowledge Fusion Navigator and utilities. And the sole purpose of this is to adopt the solid body as a KF object. Please note you need to use the SOLID BODY as the selection filter while selecting the solid body by ADOPT EXISTING OBJECT.

3. This is used to read the “T_ref” expression value from any part file this UDF part will be inserted into. Please maintain the syntax.

4. This is to create a KF expression (you will notice it in EXPRESSION S also.). This expression value will be used as reference later.

5. Use this to create object attribute on the solid body by KF
Use this to create object attribute on the solid body by KF. Notice all these values inside the brackets are “REFERENCED” from KF objects.
If you have any issue using REFERENCE please maintain the syntax as it is.

6. Although you will use “UPDATE FOR EXTERNAL CHANGES” as shown in my video shared earlier but this is just to ensure that you wont require any update from KF naviagator….once done export this as UDF.

7. Create the T_ref expression in the new part file before UDF is inserted.
