BASIC IDEA:
We were asked to solve the problem with a specific geo-location, so I chose the states of Ganga basin which are West Bengal, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh and all North-Eastern States.
The second thing was to select the base material that will decide the strcture of design, so I researched about cheapest natural or composite material that is easily found in these states, I have selected BAMBOO and Bamboo Composites.
India is second largest bamboo producer and west bengal with North-East produces most of the bambooes in India.

2. Properties of Bamboo
This Chart shows Bamboo has higher Tension and Bending Strength than Steel,
And Its properties can be further improved if it is treated or used in composites.

4. Features Inclined roof will minimize the damage due to storm.
(if house is mounted on a sensor rotating unit, it will adjust it rotation according to the direction of storm)
Leather Tubes, in case of flood, these will prevent the house from sinking.
( After flood or heavy rain forecast, the tubes will be filled with air)
Polymeric waterproof and fire resisting fabric
