State of play of negotiations
All National Strategic Reference Frameworks (NSRF) delivered by Member States by 5 March 2007 These contain information about the national strategy, objectives to be achieved, the number of Operational Programmes, the allocations to the ERDF, ESF and Cohesion Fund and the delivery systems By 2 April, 311 Operational Programmes out of a total of 444 have been delivered. These account for 90% of the total budget

JEREMIE financial engineering as an integral part of the delivery of European cohesion policy
3 MS (Slovakia, Greece and Romania) and 4 regions (Guadeloupe and Auvergne (France), Galicia (Spain), Lombardia (Italy) signed MoU with EIF (in view of assigning it with the JEREMIE holding fund tasks). A minimum of 2 billion will be managed by the EIF. In all, 21 out of 27 MS have shown positive interest in JEREMIE.
