1 SMART FACTORY Windita k

2 Definition The terms “Smart Factory,” “Smart Manufacturing,”
“Intelligent Factory” and “Factory of the Future” all describe a vision of what industrial production will look like in the future. In this vision, the Smart Factory will be much more intelligent, flexible and dynamic.

3 Processes impact The processes impacted will include:
factory and production planning product development logistics enterprise resource planning (ERP) manufacturing execution systems (MES) control technologies individual sensors and actuators in the field

4 Operational processes is shorter, energy
and material use 30 percent less. Production speed increased percent, so eliminating disposal of waste metals that damage the environment. Even the strength of materials is increasing percent.

5 When the industrial world has entered the era of technology 4.0,
the advent of smart factory can no longer be avoided. The factories will compete to conserve energy and resources, so it no longer has the potential to pollute the environment with emissions.

6 ADVANTAGES Data and information from around the manufacturing
facility can be accessed in real time facilitates the monitoring, monitoring the flow of complex data. producing components with cost effective and energy-efficient
