Or use #10 envelopes Or half size manila envelopes 9 X 6 I generally use stamps (going rate), although I have used meter mail The Return address I like to use is without a zip code US Citizens have Zip Codes Americans Do not have Zip Codes Using 2¢ or 3¢ stamps is an option If you use a 2¢ or 3¢ stamp, sign your name through it. Using thumbprints is an option, not a necessity
