When the FYE13 budget was approved, cash on hand was estimated at $107,748 as of July 1. The actual cash on hand was more so the figures I am showing you today are the most current.
The operating income for FYE13 includes $53,180 from the portfolio. This withdrawal was approved by the Board, if it becomes necessary. However, with the cash on hand at the end of the prior fiscal year, it is doubtful this will be necessary. The Estimated Cash on Hand to begin FYE14 includes the $53,180.
