After World War II, the United States and the Soviet Union became bitter rivals, and both were out to convince the world that their style of life (politics) was superior to the other’s. Both realized early-on that advanced technology was the key to proving their superiority.

Continue Video In the Shadow of the Moon
Log in to your Discovery Education homepage. In the SEARCH box, type In the Shadow of the Moon. Click on the + sign in the first video. This adds the video to your QuickList.
