Players
The coach can determine the amount of players per team. Usually you will just split the players into two even teams.
Split the teams into two even sides.
The attackers have 6 tackles to score.
The defenders can only stop play by 2 players making a 2 hand touch at the same time.
Once this happens, that attackers must drop to the ground on their front, complete a pancake, then play the ball.
How to Stop Play
2 players must make a 2 hand touch at the same time.
How to Restart Play
You can choose between play the ball, hit the ground and then play the ball, tap, or any other.
Amount of Plays
Coach to choose how many plays each team receives per set.
