Patient care report (PCR)
Using an ID Card to fill out top of PCR or ask patient Ask patient about Medical History, Medications, Allergies Listen to the Crew Chief who will be asking questions: WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN Record vitals + Times Give a copy of PCR to receiving agency
