1 Quid Usage

2 Some Important terms: Login: login is accessing one’s computer ,account, or database using a username and a password. Lead: Any person directly or indirectly provide any service or a business of profits to the company in future, is considered as a lead. Assign: When a lead is created, it is distributed among there concern department. This process is call assign.

3 User rights: Whenever a Account is created the user is allowed to perform some specific task which are granted by the admin. These are called user rights, which can be allowed or denied by the admin to the user. Templates: These are predefined sms and s which are required to send to various persons regarding any information. In Quid, editing can be done for sms, but one cannot change the message or body of an . Follow ups: A lead when assigned to a particular department or person, that persons schedules a call or a meeting. This is done at a particular time as decided with the lead. This is known as follow ups.

4 Create a Login A login is needed for every person who is working with the organization. This Login is further granted with user rights so that the person can work upon the certain task or take follow up from the leads if assigned to him. The user right are assigned by the admin. The admin takes the full authority to make changes on the persons account according to its needs.

5 In User Management click on the sub heading Create account.

6 Add Person: In add person drop down list select the person for which you need to create a username login. If you want to add a new person click on add person and fill up the details. Username: A username is required to create a login of that person. This username should be unique as it will show whether that user name is available or not. Password and Retype Password: Create a password for your account for security, and retype the password. Auto Assign to: In Auto Assign to dropdown you will find “no one”, “self”, and the other usernames. This is done because the leads which are to be to be entered by the new person has to be assigned to someone. If the person creating an account, select any of these options then the leads will automatically be assign to that person.

7 Giving User Rights Page access to login

8 Under user management tab select user rights.

9 User rights are specific access and ability permissions that can be assigned to customizable user groups. Groups can then be assigned to (or removed from) users through the admin. Username: Select the user name for which you want to grant or deny the rights for his account. Status: It shows the current state of that account whether it is active or pending. Under status you can see two columns, which contains the list of user rights. The column on the left side shows the right which are not assigned to the user and the right side column shows the right which the user are assigned. To assign or remove the right use the arrow in between the two columns. You can select a no. of user right at a single time using Ctrl button and click on right arrow button and to remove the rights, select the user rights from the right column and click on left arrow button.

10 Entering Leads

11 Under Account Tab select the option Lead
Under Account Tab select the option Lead. You may require to fill all the details of the lead in the Lead Form, such as First name, Last name, Phone, Alternate phone, and Alternate . Click Create Lead.

12 Assigning leads

13 Under Assign Management Tab click Assign
Under Assign Management Tab click Assign. The Lead Assign page will load and consist of two options Which are “Search and Assign” and Smart Search and Assign”.

14 Search and Assign: Select the Search type such as first name ,last name etc, then enter the search detail and click search. The results will be shown below. Check mark the leads and select the person who you want to assign and click on assign. The leads will be assigned to that person

15 Smart Search and Assign: In this the leads are search by The Persons id who created the lead and to who it is assigned.

16 After selecting the Person who assigned lead and to who it is assigned, click on search, the list of leads will appear. From the dropdown select the Id of the person to whom the leads are need to be assigned and click assign.

18 From the Search Tab, Select Search Lead
From the Search Tab, Select Search Lead.Select the Search Type eg first name, last name, primary no. etc. , in the search text box type the value and click on search.

19 Template Management

20 Templates are predefined SMS and s which are send to a particular lead. Template management helps to create a template of a as well as SMS which cannot be changed after the template is been created. Note: SMS content can be added after the creation of template whereas no changes can be made in case of .
