Care Groups Care Groups No more than 5 people per group
Groups are assigned (or can be drafted) to a care group leader Each group should include active, semi-active, and inactive members Care group leader contact once a week (Is there anything I pray with you about…)

Outreach/Evangelism Outreach/Evangelism leader
Make contact as soon as possible with guests Encourage guests to join the group (enroll) Participate in church evangelism training Participate in church outreach Keep the group informed and involved in outreach Share the Gospel

Assist the small group leader/teacher by leading mission opportunities Be aware of church mission involvement (mission trips, church plants, etc) Promote international, national, and state missions (Lottie Moon, Annie Armstrong, and Edna McMillan Mission Offerings)

Prayer Leader Prayer Leader Maintain the small group prayer list
prayer requests to group members each week Participate in church prayer meetings and prayer training Encourage group members to pray evangelistically for lost friends Involve the group in seasonal prayer opportunities for missions, revival, and evangelism
