1. Process DD Form 1081-Advance

From the menu bar select REPORTS,
then DD The DD Form 1081
screen will be displayed.

2. Process DD Form 1081-Advance
1. Select “Receiving User” ABC00001
2. Select Advance
3. Click on the appropriate number for
each item advanced. A sub-screen will
be displayed for each number selected.

3. Process DD Form 1081-Advance
1. Total available to advance
2. Vault icon for next screen

4. Process DD Form 1081-Advance
1. Advance amount
2. Total advance
3. OK when finished

5. Process DD Form 1081-Advance
Select OK if total is correct

6. Process DD Form 1081-Advance
Select line item 12 to bring the total forward

7. DD Form 1081- Summary Click the PRINT button to print report, or…
Click the CLOSE PREVIEWER
button (red X) to exit the screen.
