Inclusion is the process of leveraging the power of difference and similarities to effectively integrate everyone into the culture of the organization to achieve a common objective. Inclusion Belonging Diversity is the full range of human and/or organizational differences & similarities. Belonging is acceptance as a member or part. A sense of belonging is a human need, just like the need for food and shelter. Feeling that you belong is most important in seeing value in life and in coping with intensely painful emotions.
