What are the goals Properly planned low vision services with clear outcomes Not incidental / based on ‘personality’ Based on the child’s habilitative needs/goals Interdisciplinary - Case conferences - Centre- based / at least joint assess - Co-ordinator ( life long) - Shared records - passports ?
