Degree Apprenticeships
WHAT ARE APPRENTICESHIPS? Apprenticeships give you the opportunity to work with a real employer, receive a salary, gain relevant qualifications and experience. By being an employee you will be treated the same as other members of staff, you will receive a contract of employment, a holiday allowance and sick pay. The benefit of an apprenticeship is that you can learn on the job as well as receive a qualification from a training provider like the University of Hertfordshire. The length of an apprenticeship varies but is typically between 1 and 4 years.
