PM need tease out the real problem from the project’s sponsor, customer and other stakeholders. This is not the time to brainstorm on solution (not yet!)

5. Scope Document Due Week 6
Counts as your 2nd assignment grade & an overall part of your final project
You need to start working on this document with your BAs now
Process:
The BAs will draft the first version of the scope document (With your help)
They will submit a first draft to their professors in week 4
You will then take it from there. Add PM sections and finalize BAs inputs. You are “Accountable” (more to come on this) for this document!

6. Assignment #1 Due date : Friday February 15 (by end of day)
Prepare a budget per information provided (see Assignment tab)
Which tool (software) is best to use for a budget?
Individual
Make sure that it is easy to read (expenses, revenue and profit sections)
Grading : High-Pass (100%), Pass (80%), Fail (60%) or Missing(0%)
