Supplemental Fig. 2: Effects of antibody treatment on absolute B and T cell counts in a blood sample from a healthy donor. After 24 h incubation with or without 10 µg/ml of the indicated antibodies, absolute densities of B and T cells in a typical whole blood sample from a healthy donor were determined in duplicate with BD TruCount beads for calibration. In six investigated samples T cell counts were consistently maintained after incubation with the CD37 antibodies and rituximab. B cell depletion by 10 µg/ml of mAb 37.1 in the six samples ranged from 35 to 80 %.
