2. DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
1) Property Operations:
- plumbing, electricity, heating and air conditioning systems, etc.
2) Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
3) Fire and Life Safety

3. ENGINEERING PERSONNEL
Chief engineer – supervising general maintenance engineers and preventive maintenance checks on all systems in hotel.
Maintenance engineer – qualifying to maintenance specific system in hotel.
Outside contractors.

4. QUALIFICATIONS AND SALARY
Chief engineer:
- Minimum 2 years of experience and high school diploma
2 year certificate or associate's degree program in building maintenance, technology or related field.
Up to 150K
Maintenance engineer:
At least 2 years repair experience in hotel
Ability to perform heavy work
Specialty in a specific building areas
Knowledge of general maintenance
Up to 80K
