Players split into two groups
They line up behind the coloured markers.
On go, they run out to the marker in front of them, turn around and pass the ball back down the line.
The team that finishes first retains possession for the next part.
Once finished, both teams run around the grid & enter the ‘playing area’, where the have 3 tackles to score.
