5 P802.16h PAR Extension PAR Expiration date: 2009-12-31 Details
Extension: 1 year Why is the extension required: Although P802.16h Sponsor Ballot is well underway and it is projected that the Standards Board approval will be requested as early as December 2009, an extension is requested to guarantee project continuity, should unexpected delays occur during Sponsor Ballot.

7 Motion 1 To authorize the LE TG Editor to create the WG draft IEEE P802.16h/D12 based on IEEE P802.16h/D11 and the comment resolutions recorded in data-base IEEE /0053r1 and to initiate a Sponsor Recirculation Ballot. LE TG vote: 4:0:0

8 Motion 2 To request the WG to authorize the WG Chair to forward the IEEE h PAR extension request in IEEE h-09/0021r2 to the IEEE 802 EC. LE TG Vote: 4:0:0

9 Motion 3 To ask the WG to authorize the WG Chair to request Conditional Approval from the IEEE 802 Executive Committee to forward the IEEE P802.16h Draft to RevCom LE TG Vote: 4:0:0
