There is no Gender Discrimination in the Eyes of the Law According to the latest census of 2011 literacy rate in India are less than the average 74.68

3 Women’s Right There certain Laws which are in the favor of Women in India are :- The Prohibition of child marriage Act, 2006 Indian Divorce Act, 1969 Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971 Dowry Prohibition Act Maternity Benefit Act Special Marriage Act

4 Women’s Right Indonesia’s Commission on Violence against women reported that since 1999, national and local governments have Passed 342 discriminatory regulations, including 79 local laws requiring women to wear the hijab. The local laws has doubled, from 154 in 2009 to 334 in 2013, in July 2013 the ministers of home affairs said it would revoke only Eight of them.

5 Women’s Right Indonesian women’s rights group have opposed the passage of these Discriminatory Regulations. The National commission on Violence against the women linked the sharp decline in the enactment of such rules from 2006 to 2009 to the “Strong reactions from civil society at the national level”.

6 Women’s Right History of women in United Kingdom covers the social, Cultural and political roles of women in Britain Over the last two Millennia. A year earlier the Prevention of Anti Women Practices Bill became part of national law , explicitly recognizing practices from acid violence and forced marriage to so-called ‘honour killings' as criminal acts, and affording protection and legal action for victims.

8 Women’s Right The Bangladeshi women have made significant progress since the country gained its independence in 1971. The past four decades have seen increased political empowerment for women, better job prospects, increased opportunities of education and the adoption of new laws to protect their rights though Bangladesh's policies regarding women's rights is influenced by patriarchal values.

11 Women’s Right On International Women's Day, 8 March, the President of Pakistan signed the National Commission on the Status of Women Bill 2012 into law, which has afforded the Commission new financial and administrative autonomy, and therefore better scope to investigate women's rights violations .
