Customer Sign-Up Process
Please advise your customer to check the terms and conditions of his/her current line rental service, especially in the case of any binding periods, before applying for ACN Line Rental

Customer Sign-Up Process
Complete the Telephone Service Agreement (TSA) with your customer: For new customers wanting Carrier Pre-Selection (CPS) only or the bundled CPS & Line Rental service For existing Nacacomunik CPS customers wanting to sign-up for Line Rental

The TSA is available for sale from ACN WebShop The TSA is also conveniently available via MyACN to download Refer to the Instructions on MyACN when completing the TSA with your customer

The Line Rental with CPS box must be ticked in Section 5 for new customers wanting the bundled CPS & Line Rental service and for existing Nacacomunik CPS customers wanting to sign-up for Line Rental

The customer must be provided with the following point of sale documents and the cancellation policy must be clearly explained: Copy of the signed TSA T&Cs (part of the TSA) Price List for the calling plan chosen and line rental service (available from MyACN and Service Card (available from MyACN and

Important Information
Additional Services & Directory Services: Any additional services that are currently active on your customer’s line, such as Number Presentation, Call Waiting or Call Blocking, will not be transferred to Nacacomunik. Customers can, however, continue to use these services and Portugal Telecom will continue to administer them on a temporary basis. It is expected that we will be able to provide a “full” service in late Q1/early Q2 2008, meaning that Nacacomunik will assume full responsibility of these services, invoice your customers for all line rental related charges and be their sole point of contact for any enquiries related to their line and directory services

New Lines & House Moves: Until we are able to accommodate new line installations and house moves, your customers should continue to contact Portugal Telecom to arrange this

Provisioning Process The application process and activation for Line Rental takes approximately 21 working days
