2. Solving a Pipe Installation Problem
As a result of a build up of necessary design tolerances, pipe spools often prove to be too short for stress free installation. Composite Pipe Spools have to be re-made and steel pipes can sometimes be stretched. Either adds significantly to installation costs and introducing delays that can cascade through a complete building or refitting programme.
CRD’s “Spacer Programme” is the solution to that Installation Problem

3. Rapid Installation “Spacer Programme”
Pressure Tight Sealing between spacers and between spacer stacks and pipe flanges is achieved through the use of twin “O” rings at every interface for minimum torque requirement.
Spacers are supplied in a mixture thicknesses complete with “O” rings in tri-wall containers for installation convenience.
