2 Figure 1 (A) Syncytial growth pattern of tumor cells with poorly formed glandular structure, dense lymphocytic infilatration, and expansile margin are characteristic features of lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma. (B) Carcinoma with Crohn's-like lymphoid reaction is defined by lymphocytic infiltration with more than 3 lymphoid follicles at the advancing edge of the tumor. The tumor cells are more than lymphocytes, and make tubule or gland frequently. (C) Carcinomas with scanty lymphocytes and no lymphoid follicles are classifed as conventional adenocarcinoma.
