11 What the Teachers say The printed materials provided good introduction to teaching a university course The organization of summer workshop The effectiveness and clearness of the presentations Confidence of teaching a university course The evaluation questions were both quantitative and qualitative. The quantitative questions had a scale of strongly agree to strongly disagree. Since there’s no time to go over all the questions our discussion will focus more on the qualitative questions. The two main questions asked the teachers if they were prepared to teach a university course and this is what they said (examples from the slides will come in here). The second question solicited comments on the summer workshop and this is what they said (direct quotations will come in here). Then you (Peggy) will present what we think we have learned from the summer experience with the view from our model (this is the final slide.
