Need to trace back to previous draft/standards on the meanings of PC4, PC4.3, and PC5, and then determine whether the items shown in slide 2 (FT16, FT17, FT19, FT20, FT21, FT23, FT24, FT25, FR17, FR20, FR21, FR23, FR24, and FR25) can remove the reference to PC4, PC4.3 and PC5.
