3. Review Terms
Archetype: An original model or type after which other similar things are patterned; a prototype
Stereotype: a widely held but fixed and oversimplified image or idea of a particular type of person or thing.
Pilgrimage: a journey, especially a long one, made to some sacred place as an act of religious devotion: a pilgrimage to Lourdes.

4. Do Now
Journal: Where would you like to take a pilgrimage? Why is this place important to you?
Remember that “pilgrimage” does not just mean “nice vacation” – there should be something significant to this.
