ARISTA NHS Interview Process
Interviews will take place from Wednesday, March 14 to Tuesday, March 20 starting period 8 and continuing through until after school. Your interview date & time will be posted on the ARISTA Bulletin board located outside of 122. Please be sure to check regularly. Please note that due to time restrictions, interviews cannot be rescheduled. Failure to show up to the interview during your designated time will forfeit your chance to become a member.

ARISTA NHS Interview Process
What should you bring to the interview? A portfolio which includes… Your Resume Certificates/Awards (copies only) Official Transcript Recent Report Cards Service Statement (25 volunteering hours) At least one letter of recommendation from main core 4 subjects (Math, Science, English, Social Studies) A 500 word essay Something Unique (art, poetry, writing piece). Portfolio will be returned to you after all interviews have concluded.

Your Resume Should include… Full Name Goals Skills and Interests
Awards and Certificates Extra Curricular Activities Work experience (If Any)

The 500 Word Essay Prompts for Essay (at least 500 words)
What does character mean to you? What are some acts of character you do on a daily basis? (Make sure to include a definition of character to you) Explain what the FOUR pillars of ARISTA mean to you and how you exhibit these qualities? What are the most redeeming qualities that you have and how can it be beneficial to ARISTA?

Interview Attire You will be expected to wear business casual attire for interviews Note: No… revealing clothes, jeans/shorts/mini skirts/joggers/sweatpants/t-shirts/ hoodies/ windbreakers/etc. No… sneakers/tennis shoes/platform heels

After the Interview Interview Results Commencement Ceremony
New ARISTA Members will be notified a week after all interviews take place (on bulletin board & via ) Commencement Ceremony New members will be inducted on Thursday, April 19, 2018

Membership Dues Seniors and early grad. Juniors will be expected to pay for $60 Juniors will be expected to pay $35 All dues must be received by Monday, April 9th 2018 Membership dues cover: Membership to ARISTA NHS Certificates of ARISTA NHS Installation ARISTA pin Member T-shirt Graduation stole (Seniors & Early Grad. Juniors only) Seal on HS Diploma (Seniors & Early Grad. Juniors only)
