Woodpeckers Autumn Term 2 – At The Toy Shop
This 'Pick and Mix' homework is for the whole half term. Red Boxes need to be completed regularly each week. Yellow Boxes must be done at some point during the half term. Challenge yourself to the green box activities. These do not have to be done, but if you want to push yourself, that would be super!
Reading
Read at home at least 3 times a week and sign your reading record every time.
If you are reading your own books or books from the library they can recorded too! .
Interview a member of your family about their favourite toy.
Write down what they tell you about it.

Rehearse performing our nativity songs.
Remember to use a clear voice!
Write a letter to Santa.
Create a repeating pattern using shapes or objects.

Create rubbings of different coins from 1p to £2.
Try to recognise them by looking at their shape and colour not the numbers!
Think about the ‘Paper Dolls’ we made in class.
Write about an adventure your doll might go on.
