Try sewing a simple running stitch Show how sewing joins two items together. Look at seascapes and how different artists depict them in different ways. Go to the beach and listen to all of the different sounds. Discuss what you can see, hear, smell, taste and feel. How could you help at home? Give your child coins to look at and allow them to pay for items with money at the shop. Can they calculate how much change they will get? Make a pictogram to show the pets of friends/ family. Use smarties to make a colour graph!
