Common Infrastrucutral issues: Central (technical) interoperability framework – PKI, European e-Services Portal)
Provision of specific services is responsability of MSs
The enlargement 15=>26 does not entail doing different things, it is ”more of the same” (more effort, more money...)

5. What might be the role of IDA
It might be the ”Central Team” alluded to by Mr. Jansen in his presentation (1.1A)
Agree common technical interoperability framework
Identify benefits associated with possible e-Services to be provided
Track the ”on-the-field” achievement of those benefits
Is DG ENTR the correct place for IDA ?
