Rushmore Declaration of Independence American Revolution Independence Founding Father Public speaking project Higher order questions Explain why it was important for women that Amelia Earhart made her historic flight. Why do you feel Theodore Roosevelt was choosen to be one of the 4 presidents carved on Mt. Rushmore? Explain how the Declaration of Indepence changed the lives of the people in the American colonies. Write a positive comment about each project. . Assessment Strategy Students will make a paper airplane and write facts about Amelia Earhart on it. Students write a response to the videos about Roosevelt. Students write to explain what the declaration of independence was and how it changed life in America. Students will write about think critically about projects.
