Behavior Job Safety Analysis (BJSA’s) Focus on completing assessments as a coaching tool to improve task planning New BJSA Assessment tool. Stop Work Authority (SWA) Focus during the onboarding process to provide the support for the process. Ties directly to Safety Cocoon New Hire Selection, Interviewing, Onboarding, and Face to Face Discussions, Review of applications, with an increased effort in meeting our expectations on screening new employees Area, Project, Supervision Meetings Increase in supervision meetings with discussion around improvement plan, lessons learned, positives, and changes as needed.

We will provide you with simple tools to help you detect and deal with hazards before & during work. We will give you the authority to stop work if you think it is unsafe.

Firstly - This Card does not replace current Client Hazard Awareness tools, it does not replace training or other existing tools. This card is there to help you stay safe.

15 Layer 3 Life Saving Rules
A set of rules for high risk activities designed to protect you and your colleagues from serious injury. We expect everybody, at all levels of our organisation, to comply with these rules.

16 The Life Saving Rules - what are they?
There are 9 Life Saving Rules which are supported by minimum requirements. The LSRs apply to: All divisions of Wood Group (WG) All WG Employees Subcontractors working for WG Enterprises Control of work Marine works Ground works Isolations Lifting Driving Working at height Confined spaces Fit to work
