Bar reform – drafting of a concept of the new law “on Advocacy”:
- advocatory cabinet;
- advocatory bureau;
- advocatory office;
- collegium of advocates.

7. Legal business: 7 foreign legal companies;
Proceeds fall in December 2008-February 2009 on 60%-70%;
Situation stabilization in march-May 2009 (SPP level in 2007);
Quantity of court cases increased on 50% in comparison with 2008;
Clients activity in FMCG sector;
Foreign colleagues-partners activity.
