The lamb was important to Israel Exodus 12 – Passover Exodus 29:38-39, 42 – daily morning and evening sacrifices Leviticus 1, 3, 4 & 5 – as sin, burnt, trespass & peace offerings

Jesus, the Lamb who brought about forgiveness

Have you been to Jesus for the cleansing power?

Are you fully trusting in His grace this hour?
We are saved by grace Ephesians 2:8,9; Titus 2:11
His grace has made the blood of the Lamb accessible.
NOTE: Grace does not nullify our response

Are you walking daily by the Savior’s side?
Our conduct is following Him – Ephesians 4:1, Colossians 1:10
1 John 1:7, we walk in the light as He is in the light…cleansed by His blood

Do you rest each moment in the crucified?
Does He govern every moment, every decision, every thought? Galatians 2:20, 6:14 Colossians 2:11-12

10. Vs. 3 – Ready for His Return

When the Bridegroom cometh will your robes be white?
He is returning John 14:3, Acts 1:11
As a bridegroom – cf. Matthew 25:1-13, Revelation 19:7-9
Will we be ready? 2 Peter 3:10, 1 Thessalonians 5:2

Will your soul be ready for the mansion bright?
Jesus told His apostles He had prepared a mansion John 14:1-3
We have an inheritance Colossians 1:12, 1 Peter 1:3-4
Matthew 6:19-21, where is your treasure?

Lay aside your garments that are stained with sin
You need to be washed, Isaiah 1:18, Acts 22:16 1 John 1:7-9
You are living a changed life – Ephesians 4:20-23 Colossians 3:9-10 Romans 6:1ff, cf. 1 John 1:9

13. Vs. 4 – The invitation There’s a fountain flowing for a soul unclean
Revelation 7:17, 21:6 – fountains of living water
The water He offers – will spring up to everlasting life - John 4:14
His blood is ALWAYS available!

14. What does His sacrifice mean to you?
Jesus provided a sacrifice that is “once and for all” time (Hebrews 9:26-28)
