Staples Motley School District Re-Start Campaign
We are a community united to become the region’s school district of choice. We must appreciate the past, enjoy the present, and prepare for the future. Invite students, parents and community members to join our journey to become the region’s school district of choice. Plan the re-alignment of grade bands in our buildings to more efficiently and equitably provide students with the best research-based quality instruction and equitable access to programming services across the district. *K-3 in Staples *4-7 in Motley *8-12 in Staples Develop a district-wide staffing system which ensures that classroom specialist teachers are distributed to schools in an equitable manner. Engage community to rename schools to better reflect the unity of our communities and school district. Improve the testing environment so MCA results truly reflect the achievements of our students. Continue to emphasize our strengths. Form a new technology committee to develop a plan to use technology to help us teach, understand, manage and assess.
