BACKGROUND
EAHC TRCD BOD agreed to implement TFT for the foundation course program both Carto and Hydro.
TFT for Cat C Carto course was held in 2013 and 2014 successfully.
TFT for Cat. C Hydro course was held in 2016

10. FEED BACKs Content of the training Trainers
Lesson presentations helped trainees improve their presentation skills
Provided an opportunity to obtain new knowledge through exchange of information between MSs
Had positive impact on one another through discussions
Was delighted to contribute in developing the course contents
There was too much to develop within the assigned training hours
It was difficult to prepare for presentations since they were not notified in advance
I recommend including contents on the practical qualities of a trainer
(e.g. how to write lesson plans, time management of lessons, and how to facilitate a course)
the course was a 'workshop' to build syllabus and material rather than an actual training
Trainers
All trainers were passionate in training
The trainers explained things plainly and answered all questions earnestly, leading to efficient lessons
EAHC Trainers should be equally (or more) experienced than trainees

11. FEED-BACK TRDC and KHOA Suggestions and recommendations
Suitable venue for the course overall
Need a restroom in the prayer room for cleaning before praying
Positive comments and acknowledgements on the evaluation of KHOA
Provide cash for breakfasts so that the participants can have food of their choices
Suggestions and recommendations
Majority of the trainees commented that the duration of the course should be extended
Need to receive constant feedback from the trainees for continuation of training programs
The first step is to clarify the aims of the course
Need to have follow-up TFT Hydro courses
Provide opportunities for the trainees to train
