6 Develop a 15 minute Presentation
Tell us about yourself: personal and professional -Tell us about your Transformational Change Project. What did you do and where did you do it? Were you the leader or the consultant? Share with us the collaborative approaches you used. What was your biggest hurdle? What was your greatest success? -Tell us about your Prospectus: title, problem, purpose statement, research questions, significance of the study, methodology, population and sample. What steps do you plan to take to ensure completion? Do you have a Chair in mind?

7 Questions for Discussion
Be prepared to discuss these and other reflective questions with the Faculty Lead and Cohort Mentor. Do not include these sections in your PPT. How has this program changed you? In what ways do you believe you have grown into a transformational leader?  What evidence do you have of this growth? What do you continue to need to work on? What are 3 major lessons that you learned from doing your TCP and how will that influence what you do in the future as a transformational leader? Of the books that you have read in all of your courses what stands out as one or two that you will keep in your library?  What makes these important to your leadership and growth?

8 Following your Presentation & Dialogue with the Panel
