Learning Objective: I can evaluate President Andrew Jackson’s controversial actions as president (i.e., the spoils system, veto of the National Bank, policy of Indian Removal, opposition to the Supreme Court) through analyzing ‘primary source’ political cartoons in a graphic organizer and then create my own cartoon expressing my view on Jackson’s Presidency.
