I made sure to choose a wide variety of food and drink to sell at the event so that people of all ages will want to buy them because these food and drink are things that everyone generally likes. If they don’t like one thing, they will have other choices to choose from. The income for food and drink could be changed by the price they will be sold for and the predicted number sold.
Attractions & Activities
These attractions and activities are mainly aimed at the children and young teenagers that will be coming to the event. I will make money from these attractions and activities by making the price cheap and affordable which means a lot more children will want to have a go. If the prices were more expensive, less people will visit the attractions and activities, therefore, less income will be made.

6. Venue Income
In this chart, you can see that the ticket sales are a lot higher than the income of the pitch hires. The ticket sales are around the price of £,3,250. The income of the pitch hire is low because I’m not hiring a lot of pitches, also, the price for these pitch hires are low. The ticket sales could be changed by the price and the number of people that will be buying the tickets.

7. Event Overview
This chart shows that lots of profit and income is being made and there is no loss. You can see that over £8,000 income and a low amount of cost, just over £4,000, so a good amount of profit is being made. The income could be changed by the amount of people that come to the event and how much is sold.

8. Drink Income
This chart shows that the drink Coca Cola will be getting the highest income as it has the highest prediction of how many will be sold. Water will be getting the lowest income as it has the lowest predction of how many will be sold. The income of these drinks could be changed, depending on the price and the predicted number sold.
