2. How to Start a Google Slide Presentation
Go to the AISD cloud at my.austinisd.org
Log in with your student login information
Click on the Google Drive icon
Once you’re in, click the red “NEW” button on the left
Choose Google Slides
Choose a design you like or start with a blank presentation and make it your own
Title your slide like this: Class Period Name
Example: 3 Sarah Noack
When you need to stop working, you don’t have to save. Google will automatically keep this presentation in your Drive for you. The next time you open your Drive, it will be there waiting for you.

-siblings? how many? at which schools?
-pets? what species? name(s)?
-a favorite food or dish? what is it?
Replace this with a picture of yourself and place it wherever you’d like to on this slide.

What extra-curricular activities are you in?
What career do you think you’ll have?

5. Extra tidbits Does your parent work for AISD? If so, where?
Is there anything else that you would like for your teacher to know?
Examples: I have a job; I am really excited about rockets; I have asthma; ???

From your Google Drive screen, where you can see all of your files, look for this icon
With your slide presentation selected,
click on the icon and type in your teacher’s address:
Remember to title your presentation like this:
