S.M.A.R.T. is an acronym meaning: Specific, Significant, Strategic Measurable, Meaningful, Motivational Attainable, Achievable, Adjustable Relevant, Realistic, Results Timely, Tractable, Tangible Have you ever set a goal for yourself? Were you able to achieve your goal? Why or why not?
