Student computers can access the Office 365 website where you can see your OneDrive,
OneDrive is designed to keep all of your files in one place so you don’t have to worry about losing
work.  Files should always be saved on the OneDrive, and not on the computer itself, this way
for any reason, be it a loaner or lost computer, the files will be immediately accessible for use and recovery.
