2 Aims of Modification Proposal 0201
To enable co-ordination of small value Ad-hoc invoice payments with high value ‘main’ invoices Enables transaction charge efficiency (one payment covers multiple invoice type amounts due) Achieved by extending invoice due date for Ad-hoc invoices for <=£25

‘Main’ Invoices LDZ Capacity NTS Exit Capacity NTS Entry Capacity Commodity Unique Sites CSEPs Reconciliation NTS Entry Commodity Invoice issue and due dates staggered to even workload for all parties throughout the month What are the opportunities within the existing invoicing cycle to co-ordinate small payments with larger value invoice payments?

5 National Grid View in the vast majority of occurrences, the existing transportation billing schedule and payment terms would appear to enable the efficiency identified within the proposal to be realised the proposal does not appear to provide the User with a significant increased benefit in terms of ability to co-ordinate invoice payments significant cost to National Grid to implement
