C, Angiogram of the left internal carotid artery shows areas of stenosis in the ACA, MCA, and PCA distributions (arrowheads). D, Angiogram of the right internal carotid artery shows lesions in the ACA (pericallosal) (arrowheads) and severe narrowing of the distal MCA (arrow).
