We can do nothing apart from His presence John 15:5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.

Come regularly - not just when on duty
Be punctual - come for preparatory prayer
Sit in front - if possible – avoid the PA counter
See yourself as a priest and minister
Impact the spiritual atmosphere with your worship
Learn to be led by the Spirit
