Students will be learning and practicing typing using a website!

3. When can we practice?
Use your weekly computer lab time to practice typing!

4. Why are we doing this?
To prepare students for the state assessment and beyond!

Students will still be typing during specials time, but within other projects.
We want to have students as comfortable as possible with the keyboard!

6. How do I get my students typing?
There are several different paths that students use to get to the website….
The easiest is having them type: “typing.com” into the address bar

Click Student Log-in

8. Pass out cards! 1. In your class folder in the lab
2. Please return them to the folders

10. Click Continue

11. Re-do a lesson
Click on the lesson #

12. Games Typing.com has games Or have students head to my class website
