Now select drop down near allow Choose list Select source Now we need to select the data we want for drop down for names which is on the other sheet , then click grey square and ok

5 Step4 final stage of drop down for names

6 Create look up based upon drop down
Now we are going to base a v look up based upon a drop down Select cell you want result to go into in this case top sales cell Go insert- v look up
