1. Create a drop down in excel

2. Step 1-select cell you want drop down to go in

3. Step 2-select data then data validation

4. Step 3 –use data validation dialogue box
Now select drop down near allow
Choose list
Select source
Now we need to select the data we want for drop down for names which is on the other sheet , then click grey square and ok

5. Step4 final stage of drop down for names

6. Create look up based upon drop down
Now we are going to base a v look up based upon a drop down Select cell you want result to go into in this case top sales cell
Go insert- v look up
