Are You Addicted To Your Smartphone?
1-Do you sleep with your smartphone under your pillow or by your bed? 2-Has the time on your phone been increasing? 3-Do you feel the need and find yourself answering all texts, tweets, s at all times of the day, even when you should be doing other things? 4-Do you lose track of time when you are on your cell phone? 5-Do you feel reluctant to be without your phone, even for the shortest period of time? 6-Is your phone part of your place setting at the dinner table? 7-You would turn around to go back for your cell phone ,even for a 5 minute drive? 8-Do you feel uncomfortable not having your cell phone in your hand or near you at all times? 9-Do you find yourself checking your phone aimlessly at all times of the day even when there is no new updates or important to see? 10-Running out of battery would scare you 11-Do you get angry when there is no cell service or can’t check my FB, news or be able to feel connected to world through my phone? 12-If you didn’t have your phone, you would be afraid and feel awkward to not be on social media 13-If you didn’t have your cell phone you would feel bored and wouldn’t know what to do with myself
