DISTRICT COMMS HOW TO STAY CONNECTED
In order for parents to participate in their child’s education, they need to be informed. Here are some of the ways the Dublin Unified School District provides parents with important information. DISTRICT WEBSITE: The District website contains news, updates, Board meeting details, and valuable information from each of the District’s departments. Visit the District website at INFINITE CAMPUS/PARENT PORTAL: The Parent Portal is a source of information for grades, attendance, and select district communications. It is also the platform for various communication vehicles, so make sure your contact information is up-to-date. The District sends important and timely information via to the parents and guardians of our students. This is done using contact information found in the Parent Portal. TEXT: In case of an emergency, the District can contact its community via text message. Your current mobile phone must be listed in the Parent Portal and communication preference must allow us to contact you via text. VOICE MESSAGE: Another communication option available to the District via the Parent Portal is voice messaging. This is typically used for important topics or urgent matters.
